This month, we're switching it up and getting our hands dirty. We'll be joined by the founders of The Blending Lab in Paso Robles to give us a taste of what it's like to be a winemaker. 

The Blending Lab was founded in 2014 by Michael, Magdalena, and Chris, who believe wine is deeply personal. Through their wine blending classes, you can craft your own unique bottle of wine, tailored precisely to your taste. It’s their way of empowering you to create a wine that’s not only enjoyable but a true reflection of your preferences. 

We'll be guided through a blending workshop, where we'll learn the science behind blending the perfect wine that works for our own unique palates.
